How we think about investment.

We are not raising money. This page exists because the question gets asked, and a straight answer is better than silence.

Who are our investors?

Our clients. The people who paid for the first work, before there was a platform or a reference list or a reason to believe us. That is the investment this business was built on, and the price honours it.

They invest trust, and start with the smallest possible commitment

A client begins with a free written brief and decides, before anything is built, whether to build it with us or with somebody else. That is as small a first step as we can make it, deliberately.

What they paid for became what everybody gets

Work built for one client becomes part of the product that every later client receives on their first day, and the client who paid for it keeps receiving everything that comes after. Nobody pays twice for the same thing.

We build for the result, not for an exit

There is no plan here that requires a sale, a squeeze, or a moment where the people who depend on this software become the thing being optimised. Growing slower is an acceptable price for that.

Are you open to a strategic conversation?

Yes, and we are not seeking one. If you work in this field and think there is something worth discussing, write. We would rather have an honest conversation that goes nowhere than imply we are looking when we are not.

What this page is not

There is no round, no instrument, no projection and no deck. Nothing here is an offer or an invitation to invest. It is a description of how the business is funded, which is: by people paying for work that was worth paying for.

The question people actually ask

Are you raising money?

No. We are open to a conversation with a strategic investor and we are not looking for one. The business is built from what clients pay for work that is worth paying for.
